For over a decade, Tia has dedicated her career to working on campaigns that shift power, address injustices and protect our essential resources across the country: in Detroit with low-income communities for water accessibility; in Ohio with farmers for federal agricultural legislation; across the West advancing sustainable water solutions in politically-diverse localities; and throughout California on local and statewide initiatives to combat climate change.
She has extensive experience in campaign strategy, field organizing, communications, coalition building, and event programming and facilitation. Her vision for Madrona Solutions is to provide support and resources to mission-driven organizations so they can achieve their goals in furtherance of a better world.

Tia is currently the Executive Director, External Affairs for the California Water Efficiency Partnership. She is also President of the Board of Wild Climate and part-owner of R. Debauche – a new California-based “water-neutral” winery.
In her free time, you can find Tia chasing wildflower blooms across her home state, on the soccer field, or spending time with her niece, Anya, in Monterey, CA.
